Your Privacy Choices
Last Updated: October 21st, 2026 · Effective Date: October 21st, 2026
1. How This Website Works
The Website has no registration, contact form, quiz, calculator or newsletter. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, health measurements or medical history, and there are no user accounts or profiles.
When you visit, some technical data is collected automatically: cookie identifiers, device and browser information, your IP address, the pages you view and, when you click a link to a partner, a random click identifier used to attribute that visit to our campaigns.
2. Your Privacy Controls
Manage what runs on this Website
Changes take effect immediately for this browser on this device.
Your choice is stored in a cookie. If you clear your cookies, your choice is reset, and settings apply separately to each browser and device you use.
Opting out will not restrict the content you can see, the prices shown or the service you receive (see Section 9).
3. What We Sell or Share, and to Whom
3.1 What These Terms Mean
Under California law, a "sale" is a disclosure of personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration, and "sharing" is a disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising. Other states use the term "targeted advertising" for similar activity.
3.2 Our Position
3.3 Our Data Flows
| Data flow | Classification | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Cookie and device identifiers sent to Google through Google Ads conversion tracking | Treated as a sale or share | Blocked until you accept. Turned off by the advertising control or GPC. |
| Cookie and usage data sent to Google Analytics 4 | Treated as a sale or share, out of caution | Used for aggregate measurement only. Turned off by the analytics control. |
| Click identifier passed to a partner in the destination link | Not a sale | Only a random identifier is sent, with no other personal information. |
| Self-hosted referral tracker at carecompare360.com | Not a sale | Data stays on our own infrastructure. Still controlled by the advertising control. |
3.4 Categories of Personal Information
- Identifiers: IP address, cookie and device identifiers, click identifiers.
- Internet or other electronic network activity: pages viewed, time on page, referring page and links clicked.
- Approximate geolocation: country, state and city, derived from your IP address.
3.5 Minors
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. The Website is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
4. Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for the browser that sends the signal. No extra steps are needed.
GPC must be enabled separately in each browser and on each device you use. To learn more, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.
4.1 Do Not Track
There is no industry standard for Do Not Track ("DNT") signals, so we do not change our practices in response to them. We do honor GPC.
5. Your Rights by State
We extend the following rights to all U.S. residents, whatever state you live in.
| Right | What it means here |
|---|---|
| Opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising | Use the controls in Section 2 or enable GPC. Takes effect immediately, with no verification needed. |

8. Consumer Health Data
The Website discusses general health, men's health and prescription medicines, but it is designed not to collect consumer health data. In particular:

- we do not use geofencing around healthcare facilities; and
- we do not sell consumer health data.
Our analytics records which pages are viewed in aggregate, and we use it only to decide what content to publish.

9. No Discrimination, No Financial Incentives
We will not deny you content, show you different prices or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of your privacy rights.
We do not offer financial incentives, a loyalty program or a paid tier in exchange for personal information.
10. Other California Rights
10.1 Shine the Light
