Cookie Policy

Last Updated: October 21st, 2026  ·  Effective Date: October 21st, 2026

In short. carecompare360.com is an informational comparison website. We use a small number of cookies: some to make the Website work, some to measure how it is used and some to measure the performance of our advertising. We have no forms, accounts or newsletter, so cookies are the only way we collect anything. You can turn off everything except strictly necessary cookies at any time (see Section 5).

1. Introduction and Scope

This Cookie Policy explains how Proads Solutions LTD ("we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on carecompare360.com and its subdomains (together, the "Website"). Please read it together with our Privacy Policy, which explains in more detail what information we collect and what rights you have.

The Website is directed to residents of the United States. Our practices are designed around U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and comparable laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states. Where those laws apply, our approach is opt-out: you can direct us at any time to stop using analytics and advertising cookies, and we honor browser opt-out signals.

The Website does not target or market to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Visitors from locations where prior consent is legally required will see a consent banner, and no analytics or advertising cookies are set until they affirmatively accept.

2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

A cookie is a small text file that your browser places on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow a website to recognize a returning browser, remember settings and measure how the website is used. We also use similar technologies:

  • Pixels and web beacons: small pieces of code or transparent images that record when a page or element has loaded.
  • Local storage: browser storage used to retain settings, such as your privacy choices.
  • Tracking scripts: JavaScript that records technical and usage information.
  • Server-side click logging: records created by our own tracking infrastructure when visitors arrive at or leave the Website.

For readability, we refer to all of these as "cookies" unless the distinction matters.

2.1 First-Party and Third-Party Cookies

First-party cookies are set by us on our own domain, including carecompare360.com. Because our subdomains share the same registrable domain as the main Website, browsers treat their cookies as first-party. We are responsible for these cookies.

Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services we have added to the Website, such as Google. Those companies decide how they use the information they collect, and their own privacy policies govern that use.

3. How We Categorize Cookies

Category What It Does Can You Turn It Off?
Strictly Necessary Enables core functionality, security, load balancing and storage of your privacy choices. The Website cannot operate without these. No
Analytics Helps us understand, in aggregate, which pages are read and how visitors move through the Website, so we can improve our content. Yes
Advertising and Measurement Measures the performance of the advertising campaigns that bring visitors to the Website, and attributes referrals to partners. Yes

We place a cookie in the Strictly Necessary category only where the Website genuinely cannot function without it. We never classify advertising or analytics cookies as strictly necessary, however commercially useful they are.

4.4 Our Own Referral Tracking

We operate a self-hosted click tracking system (Binom) on servers located in the United States, reachable at carecompare360.com. It assigns each visit a random identifier so that we can attribute traffic to the advertising campaign that produced it and reconcile the compensation partners owe us. The identifier is not derived from, and cannot be reversed into, your name, email address or any other directly identifying detail. We hold no such details.

Name Set By Purpose Duration
_bn_click_id carecompare360.com (first-party) Random identifier assigned to a visit, used to attribute the visit to an advertising campaign and to a referral 30 days
_bn_camp carecompare360.com (first-party) Stores the campaign and traffic-source parameters associated with the visit 30 days
_bn_uid carecompare360.com (first-party) Distinguishes repeat visits from the same browser for deduplication and fraud detection 12 months

4.5 Cookies We Do Not Use

The Website does not currently use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, Taboola, Outbrain, Quora, NewsBreak, Microsoft Advertising or any other advertising or social media pixel beyond those listed in Section 4.3. If we add any, we will update this Cookie Policy before deploying it.

5. Your Choices and How to Exercise Them

5.1 Privacy Preference Control

The control on our Your Privacy Choices page lets you turn analytics and advertising cookies on or off by category. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled, because the Website would not function without them. Your choice is stored on your device in a cookie, so if you clear your browser cookies, your preference is cleared too and you will need to set it again. Preferences apply per browser and per device.

5.2 Opting Out of Sale or Sharing

Some of our disclosures to advertising partners may qualify as a "sale" or "share" of personal information under California and other state laws. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information) page, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal (see Section 6).

5.3 If You Are Located Where Consent Is Required

Where the law requires prior consent, a banner appears on your first visit. It lets you accept all, reject all or choose by category, and refusing is as easy as accepting. We do not use pre-ticked boxes, and we do not treat continued browsing or scrolling as consent. Non-essential cookies are not set until you affirmatively choose them.

5.4 Effect of Opting Out

Turning off analytics and advertising cookies does not restrict your access to any content. Your experience will not be degraded, and you will not be charged differently. It may reduce our ability to measure the performance of our content and campaigns.

6. Opt-Out Preference Signals (Global Privacy Control)

The Website recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension transmits GPC, we treat it as a valid instruction to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for that browser and to disable advertising cookies, with no further action required from you. Because the signal is tied to a specific browser on a specific device, you need to enable it separately in each browser and on each device. Information about GPC and supporting browsers is available at globalprivacycontrol.org.

6.1 Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. There is no common industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, and we do not currently change our practices in response to them. We do honor GPC, which California law recognizes as an opt-out mechanism, and we honor the choices you make using the controls described in Section 5.

7. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

Independently of our controls, your browser lets you view, block and delete cookies.

Browser Where to Find Cookie Settings
Google Chrome Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site data
Safari (macOS) Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
Safari (iOS) Settings app → Safari → Privacy & Security
Mozilla Firefox Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
Microsoft Edge Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Opera Settings → Privacy & security → Cookies and other site data

Blocking all cookies will affect this Website and most others. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent pages from loading correctly.

8. Industry Opt-Out Tools

The following tools let you opt out of interest-based advertising across many companies at once. They are operated by third parties, not by us.

Tool Covers Link
DAA WebChoices Digital Advertising Alliance participants (US) optout.aboutads.info
NAI Opt-Out Network Advertising Initiative members (US) optout.networkadvertising.org
Google Ad Settings Google personalized advertising myadcenter.google.com
Google Analytics Opt-Out Google Analytics measurement tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Opting out of interest-based advertising does not stop ads from appearing. They will simply be less tailored.

9. Cookies and Health Information

The Website discusses health conditions, treatments and prescription medications. Some state laws define "consumer health data" broadly enough to capture inferences drawn from online behavior. We have deliberately limited our use of cookies with this in mind:

  • No cookie collects, infers or stores information about your health measurements, diagnoses, medications, prescriptions or treatment goals. The Website has no quiz, questionnaire, calculator or form.
  • We do not build, buy or use advertising audience segments based on health conditions.
  • We do not use geofencing around healthcare facilities, pharmacies or provider locations.
  • We do not attach health-related terms to data sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
  • We do not sell consumer health data.

Analytics cookies record which pages were viewed from a browser. We use that information in aggregate to choose content topics, not to infer anyone's health status or to target advertising based on health. Washington and Nevada residents with questions about consumer health data may email privacy@carecompare360.com with the subject line "Health Data Request".

10. Third-Party Websites and Partner Links

When you click a link to a telehealth provider, pharmacy or other partner, you leave the Website. The destination sets its own cookies under its own policies, and this Cookie Policy no longer applies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the cookie or privacy practices of third parties. Links to partners may carry a click identifier that we generated, so that the partner can confirm the referral. We send partners no other information about you.

11. Updates to This Policy

We will update this Cookie Policy when the cookies we use, the law or our practices change, and we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes, such as adding a new advertising pixel, will be made visible on the Website and, where required, will trigger a fresh consent request.
